DAY 1:

MONKEY ISLAND.

Arrival at the Capital of Biodiversity in Peru. Puerto Maldonado - reception at the airport. Our tour begins with a tour of the city on our bus.
We then head to Port Captaincy to the boat across the Rio Madre de Dios, during the trip we will dive in a natural environment where we see the capybara, caiman, turtles, herons, cormorants and other animal species.
Arrival Ecoamazonía Lodge, an exquisite welcome drink, settle into our bungalows and have lunch.
In the afternoon accompanied by our specialized guide, visit the first and only place in the heart of the Madre de Dios River, Monkey Island, 5 minutes from the lodge. During the hike in the extraordinary landscapes and exuberant flora that are home to a variety of species of monkeys in their natural habitat, such as spider monkeys, capuchins, lion monkeys, puffins, preserves, and other species like the coati, sloths, among others, and a variety of birds. During the way to the island enjoying the sunset being the most impressive sunset of the jungle. Then return to the lodge to end the day with a nice dinner.

DAY 2:

LAKE APU VICTOR.

Wake up to the beautiful singing of birds, and after breakfast we start our journey with a hike into the depths of the forest, through trails with bridges to cross streams. During the ride to observe the Cave of the Caymans. Continuing arrive at the majestic Lake Apu Victor, crystalline waters, surrounded by immense swamps and gigantic trees. Later we will raise our MIRADOR Amazon Watch Panorama of the lake, watching parrots, macaws, toucans, camungo, shanshos, herons and other animals like caimans, turtles and if we are lucky we will see one of the most spectacular animals of the jungle Giant Otter. After several hours, return to the lodge. Lunch in the afternoon.
RIO GAMITANA. In this tour to take a hat, sunscreen, bathing suit so you can swim, you can also fish in the River. Return to the lodge and dinner.
