Pachacamac and Nazca Lines 2D/1N

Day 1:

Lima - Pachacamac Ruins - Bodegas de Pisco - Regional Museum of Ica - Huacachina Oasis - Nazca.
08:30 hrs. You will be picked up from your hotel in Lima and then board our private vehicle destination in southern Peru. Our staff consists of a local guide and a professional driver. We begin our journey by visiting the shrine of Pachacamac, a religious center of the Pre-Columbian located about 30 minutes south of Lima. In the ruins of Pachacamac start our walking tour of the most important sectors of this great shrine. Among the places to visit, highlighting the pyramid-shaped temples, whose steps and ramps lead us to the top of the sanctuary, where you can have a beautiful view of the valley of Lurin and the Pacific Ocean. Then we drive to a large area known as the Sun Temple, built in a trapezoidal four platforms, which form a large truncated pyramid. Here too we can see the huge plaza of pilgrims and the beautiful area known as the Acllawasi, formerly occupied by women Incas dedicated to the service of the temples and the production of fine fabrics for the nobility. After visiting this interesting place, we continue our journey to the city of Ica, where we visit the cellars traditional Pisco. Here we learn the whole process of how to do the Pisco, guided by an experienced warehouse worker. After visiting the facility, visitors are invited to taste and test different types of Pisco and wine that the winery produces. Here we will also have lunch and taste typical food of the Peruvian coast. Our tour continues with a visit to the Regional Museum of Ica, undoubtedly one of the best museums on the south coast of Peru. Here visitors can see interesting ancient remains of different cultures that developed in the department of Ica. Later we continue south and visit the famous lake known as "Huacachina. In this beautiful lagoon, visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the place and walk around looking for good photos. Later we will be addressing a sandbox car and set off to explore the dunes that surround this great oasis. Desert cross much up and down the dunes. Huacachina the desert offers some of the most beautiful desert landscapes of South America, with whimsical formations and beautiful scenery of our Peruvian Andes to the east. Our professional driver will make several stops so that our customers can enjoy the scenery, so much so that they can take pictures. Then we drive our car to the top of a tall dune where our instructor guide will show you how to play the sport of sandboarding. Once at the top of our customers can safely enjoy this sport and will take lots of pictures. Finally we will continue towards the city of Nazca. Upon arrival to Nazca our customers are taken to the hotel. Overnight in Nazca.

Day 2: Nazca Lines - Mirador Lines - Return to Lima

08:00 hrs. You will be picked up from your hotel in Nazca and transfer to the airport Maria Reiche Nazca to make the flight over the enigmatic lines and geoglyphs Nazca desert. Before the flight we will show a video documentary on the figures and the Nazca Lines, which allows you to learn about existing theories and also help you become familiar with the designs that you see from the air. This interesting video takes 40 minutes. After the video, you will be taken to our facilities at the airport where our driver will be waiting to give you a map of the figures will also be able to give details of your flight. For this aerial tour our company provides a small plane that has space for 5 persons, each passenger is seated next to a window to see the designs. The flight takes about 35 minutes, during which time you can see perfect representations of large animals such as birds, including a condor, a hummingbird, a pelican, a bird among others. As for the other species, you will see a big monkey, a spider, a whale, a lizard, and design known as a famous astronaut. Apart from the designs will also see hundreds of lines that run throughout the desert and large geometric shapes that resemble huge runways. After the flight we will take our private vehicle to return to the city of Lima. During the trip we will stop in the desert of Nazca to see the figures of the tree and the hand from the top of a metal gazebo 13 meters. Finally we will continue our journey to Lima, making a last stop on the way to lunch. Upon arrival in Lima, you will be transferred to your hotel. End of our services.
