Day 1: Cusco Arrival

This tour usually starts when we recover you directly from the airport, in the morning, in Cusco. The city tour of Cusco, and its surrounding, takes place normally during mid day, thus it is nice to be organized in a fashion way and accomodate your schedule with our services, and so on for you not to be pressed, to finally enjoy your first activity in the height of the Mountain (Cusco average altitude is at 3300m) and counteract the disorientation of your journey in the land of Peru. First in line is the  Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin, in the city center of Plaza de Armas, starting at 12h30. You will then be guided through the Convent of Santo Domingo (Korikancha) before starting to move onto additional archeological sites, located just outside of Cusco city, such as: Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay. After this extensible list of historical gems, you will return in the evening to the city historical center (Plaza de Armas) for your enjoyment.

Day 2: VIP Sacred Valley of the Incas

Following our customers appreciation we are pleased to present this activity as a whole, allowing them to see thoroughly what the Sacred Valley has to offer in almost 1 day! Usually Maras and Moray and the curated Sacred Valley are 2 separated activities done in 2 days. But we thought "hey!" why losing time and go back to Cusco  when you are already on site? This is why we have created a circuit apart for you to appreciate fully this peaceful region while we value your time. It is almost a day because in the package we offer at the end of it a special access to the Inka Royal complex that is at the bottom of Pisac, leaving it for next day's afternoon. This activity starts with Chinchero where you will join a traditional weaving workshop. They will explain there all the secret of their beautiful tainting color and how do they make such soften fabrics. The tour continue toward a guided tour of the non-traditional Maras Moray circuit, a unique archaeological group. The gigantic circular depressions in the ground surface, with their respective irrigation canals, were believed to be an agriculture investigation centre of the Inca’s but also a vibration laboratory complex according to some german scientists! After this exceptional experience, we will drive you to the salt mines, located approximately 7 km from Moray, and pass through a typical Spanish village called Maras. To the northwest of the town of Maras, there is around 2000 small wells that local people still use today to provide themselves and the community with salt. Our next stop will then be Urubamba for us to digest all this wonderful scenery and relax confortably in front of a great lunch prepared following the Andean culinary tradition. Afterwards, we will visit the village of Ollantaytambo, and its Inca Archaeological site, which was inhabited for 500 years ago but still remains in pretty good state... The name of city behold an amazing loving story that our guide will have the pleasure to explain to you more in details with the place magic at his disposal. And then we will head into the vicinity of P’isaq's archeological site, to the Inka Royal Pisac, to enjoy the colossal complex with a pool (for younger and older), jacuzzi, cinema, billard and much more!

Then a train will be organized for us to leave the beauty of Ollantaytambo and reach Aguas Calientes - the unexpected splash of the mysterious Machu Picchu (ask us for availabilities on Vistadome train).  Upon this journey you will glared at a different world and live a brutal transition into the sly amazon jungle of the disappeared Incas.
